The OSS KPI RCA Toolbox and Analysis Center allow engineers to address reactive issues and solutions and to proactively identify potential threats and likely solutions for GSM and UMTS networks. The RCA engine drills down into the network to identify the cause of network performance degradation and suggest solutions.

OSS KPI RCA Toolbox and Analysis Center

The OSS KPI RCA Toolbox option was designed to allow users to quickly analyze and determine the Root Cause of GSM and UMTS network performance issues. The RCA Toolbox workflow is a combination of KPI evaluation, “Drill Bits” and “Solutions.” This option is designed on top of OSS data standard frames and is vendor-agnostic.

The Analysis Center allows customers to apply customizable workspaces to organize data and analysis presentation to enhance engineering daily activities:

  • Correlate, synchronize and compare data and analysis results
  • Easily navigate RCA analysis results
  • Consolidate data charts, graphs and maps for presentation
